What do we charge for SHIPPING?
- We charge a flat fee for domestic shipping, based or your choice of how quick you would like the item, to all states within the USA.
-Standard - 5-8 Business Days ($10.00 USD)
-Expedited - 3-5 Business Days ($18.00 USD)
-Overnight - Next Day ($22.00)
What happens if I have not received my order yet?
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes or delays due to the UPS/USPS mail system, transfers from our carrier to the local carrier in area, or ANY LOST, STOLEN, AND MISPLACED, packages by the carriers. Please contact the carrier we used to ship your item(s), shown in the order shipping confirmation email, that you received to the email you provided.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
- The processing time for orders is two (2) to four (4) business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once shipped, delivery time within the United States depends on the rate you chose and where in the United States the order is being delivered to. Please keep in mind that during holidays or launches, this time may vary.
